        Summary: Designer Tools operates completely offline regarding your personal data. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, device identifiers, or uploaded design assets.
    

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). All configurations, presets, grids, guidelines, and mockup images you import into the Application remain strictly on your local device.

Local Storage: Your custom project settings, grid preferences, and uploaded mockup images are stored locally in your device's private storage.
No Cloud Servers: We do not operate external databases or backend servers to upload or process your data.

2. System Permissions Required

To deliver its core design QA functionality, the Application requests specific permissions on your Android device:

Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): This permission is required to draw grid lines, guidelines, measurement specs, and mockup images over other active applications. The Application does not inspect, read, or record the contents of other apps running on your screen.
Storage / Media Access: Necessary only to allow you to select local mockup images from your device for the image overlay feature.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

The Application does not integrate third-party tracking software, advertising networks, or analytics SDKs that profile users or gather behavioral data.

4. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address or target anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

Because all data generated within the Application remains on your local device, the security of your data depends on your device's security measures. We recommend securing your device with proper passcodes or biometric locks.
